We’re looking for passionate and talented Security Analysts at all levels – from junior to senior – to join our Adversary Simulation and Vulnerability Assessment (ASVA) team. The ASVA team plays a crucial role in safeguarding cyberspace by finding weaknesses before adversaries do.

About the ASVA Team

Our Adversary Simulation and Vulnerability Assessment team’s mission is to find the problems before the adversary does. We focus on:

1. Proactively identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in client systems and applications through simulated attacks and comprehensive security testing.
2. Providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen their security posture and mitigate risks.
3. Continuously improving assessment methodologies and tools to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Open Positions

Associate Security Analyst

Focus: Conduct scheduled security assessment tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducts basic security assessments
2. Performs vulnerability scanning
3. Assists in penetration testing projects
4. Supports phishing simulations
5. Conduct Remediation Review

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Basic understanding of security principles and common vulnerabilities.
2. Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and security assessment tools.
3. Basic understanding of penetration testing concepts and methodologies.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
5. Strong communication and reporting skills.

Security Analyst

Focus: Execute security assessment projects independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
2. Participate in adversary simulation projects.
3. Mentor and lead associate analysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of security principles, common vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
2. Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools and methodologies.
3. Knowledge of web and mobile application security best practices.
4. Understanding of network and infrastructure security concepts.
5. Ability to identify and exploit security weaknesses.

Lead Security Analyst

Focus: Manage projects, articulate risks, and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Management: Oversee security assessment projects from planning to delivery.
2. Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of technical execution and reporting.
3. Optimize Security Assessment Tools and Processes: Drive continuous improvement in methodologies.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Lead & Mentor: Guide and develop associate and security analysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Strong project management and leadership skills.
2. Deep technical expertise in various security assessment areas (vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, adversary simulation, etc.).
3. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications (All Levels)

1. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GIAC, CompTIA)
2. Experience in the cybersecurity industry
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning
